Cancellations & Refunds

CLASS REGISTRATION PLANS PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS:

Your plans renews every month and payment is withdrawn automatically on the same day which you first registered. To cancel your class registration or ongoing payments, please contact us at info@atlantahollywood.com at least 5 business days prior to your plan renewal date. Any membership or class registrations that are requested to be cancelled after payment withdrawal are not eligible for a refund and cancellation will take effect the following month.

 

SINGLE CLASS PURCHASES:

This purchase entitles you to attend a single class of your choice. Class must be attended on the date purchased. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your class attendance, please contact us at info@atlantahollywood.com at least two business days prior to attending any classes. No refunds are available after classes have been attended or after your purchase expires.

 

WORKING ACTOR'S PLAN PURCHASE:

This plan entitles you to up to five (5) audition taping sessions, to be completed within one month. To cancel this plan, please contact us at info@atlantahollywood.com Refunds are available according to the number of sessions that have been completed prior to cancellation. Any taping sessions completed will count toward the plan and will not be refunded. After completion of three taping sessions, no refunds are available for this plan.

 

AUDITION TAPING and PRIVATE COACHING:

Audition Taping Sessions or Private Coaching Sessions must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled sessions. You may cancel a session online up to the 2 hour deadline. Any cancellations made within two hours of appointment time must be made by calling us at 404-662-3302 and are eligible for a 50% refund. Any no-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session are non-refundable.

SPECIAL EVENTS and WORKSHOPS:

Event tickets are issued at time of purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@atlantahollywood.com at least 2 business days prior to the event date. A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled up to 6 hours before the event. And there will be no refund if there is a no show/no call and less than 6 hours before the event.

NOTE: All refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee. Refunds will be issued between 5-10 business days on average (not including weekends and holidays).
