Make-A-Movie Bootcamp - Summer 2023 - Week 2

Atlanta Hollywood Acting Studios located in Townelake ~ Woodstock, GA. would like to invite your tween or teen to join us for this fun and exciting Make-A-Movie Bootcamp. Atlanta Hollywood is making movies. We are in the Film Festival Circuit and winning awards! Our students are "Booking" acting jobs including major SAG feature films & TV shows. We want to combine the talents of our actors and students who want a well-rounded experience as filmmakers. Our teachers will all be asked to teach a workshop during our Make-A-Movie Camp. We think your tween or teen will love our Make-A-Movie Camp. Join us to Premiere your childs' creation from the Make-A-Movie Bootcamp.

Each film produced will be submitted into (1) local Southeast Film Festival. *FYI -Submission does not always equate to acceptance. All we can do is target the best film festival that meets the criteria of the film your child created. As a parent, you can submt to as many film festivals as you wish.

Here are activities & workshops we have planned:

• Improv & Acting games
• Break out sessions - (tweens with tweens & teens with teens)
• Breaktime / Rest / Music Therapy
• Screenwriting Workshop
• Daily Mental & Physical Exercise - (yoga, dance, walk)
• Business of Filmmaking - Producing, Writing, Directing, Acting
• Pizza lunch & Drink included - Snacks provided
• Location Scouting & Filming - 1 day of scouting, if weather permits, for outdoor scenes. And 1 day of shooting on location in Downtown Woodstock. Parental Permission Required.*
• Scene Study & Character Breakdowns
• Learn tips to become an effective Storyteller
• Film Festival selection and submission - 101
• Camera work - lighting, sound, editing
• Communication with crew and actors
